Each nail is custom made and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. Stoned Metal meticulously fits each nail to the individual finger-which is why an accurate, well done impression is so important. Customers are responsible for making finger impressions with materials sent from Stoned Metal and shipping the impressions back Stoned Metal.

Every nail order will include a phone appointment with the artist Willie to discuss and confirm individual nail details. Changes, cancellations and refunds can be made during that first phone appointment. After this appointment no refunds will be allowed. Refunds will be issued at full price minus the cost of transaction fees (3.49%+fixed fee per PayPal). Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund to fully process.
